* To communicate accurately to the customer’s exact requirements to the kitchen via the till, whilst placing the change into the customer’s hands on the right hand side of the till. * To ensure all customers entering the premises receive immediate equal recognition in the way of a pleasant smile, and interested facial expressions and overall effective levels of communication. * To ensure that there is general acknowledgement of waiting customers coupled with an avoidance of over familiarity.
* Punctuality is required. * Should perform duties according to prescribed Terms of Reference and Job Description * Provide quick service during peak period * Have good customer handling skills and good communication. * Zero cash and stock variances 8.6 Avoid customer complaints * Strive to continuously achieve set sales and unit targets
* Should have at least 5 O’ Levels. * Mathematics and English a must at O’ level. * Must be able to communicate at high levels with a good command of the English Language. * Basic understanding of machinery. * Must be of sober habits and more importantly without any criminal record. * Should have a good physical presence and high sense of hygiene.
